A Medical Associates Clinic in northwest Illinois will be closing. Medical Associates announced its clinic in Elizabeth will permanently close effective at the end of the month.
The health care provider says physicians and staff who served patients in Elizabeth will continue to do so at Medical Associates location in Galena.
All appointments scheduled after December 31st at the Elizabeth clinic will be held at the same time and date at the Galena location
