The Dubuque County Sheriff says a Dubuque man has been arrested and faces a number of charges including first degree theft, third degree burglary, and second degree criminal mischief in connection with a theft from a residence near Peosta last month.
The Sheriff’s Department says they were alerted to the theft from the residence on Clear View Heights on March 30th. Following their investigation, 31-year old Ryan Humphreys is accused of entering the unlocked garage of the residence and then taking over $10-thousand dollars in property. Authorities say 36-hundred in damage was also done.
