Dubuque Police arrested three people for a fight and have charged each with participating in a riot.
Police say around 8:20 Monday night they were called to Liquor, Tobacco, & Gas in the 14-hundred block of Central on the report of a large disturbance taking place in the parking lot area.
Following an investigation including review of traffic camera footage police arrested 45-year old Desmond Altman, 44-year old Arkeesha Neely, and 52-year old Anthony Crowder. Crowder was also charged with Going Armed With Intent and Willful Injury – Bodily Injury.
