Centralia-Peosta and Epworth Fire Departments were called to a structure fire south of Peosta.
The Dubuque County Sheriff says around 4:15 yesterday afternoon fire crews were sent to the Kenneth Kalb residence on Pilot Grove Road. Authorities say a controlled burn had spread to an abandoned building on the property.
No injuries were reported. Because of the condition of the building prior to the fire, no financial loss was reported.
