The first degree murder conviction of a Bellevue man has been upheld by the Iowa Court of Appeals.
The court recently ruled the evidence against 59-year old Christopher Prichard presented at trial was overwhelming against him.
Prichard was convicted last year to a life sentence without parole in the shooting death of his estranged wife 55-year old Angela Pritchard in October of 2022 at the dog kennel business she operated north of town.
