Mississippi Valley Conference Divisional Meets last night:
- Valley Divisional: at Dalzell Field. Hempstead placed fifth (60), Wahlert (56) was sixth. Cedar Falls won the title with 194. At the girls meet at Kingston in Cedar Rapids: Wahlert 4th with 138, Hempstead was 5th with 95, Cedar Falls won the title.
- Mississippi Divisional: Boys Meet at Xavier, Senior was 3rd (92) and Western Dubuque 4th (73), Iowa City West won the title with 183. At the girls meet at Iowa City Liberty: Senior was 2nd with 104, Western Dubuque 6th with 87. Linn-Mar won the title with 186.

- WIAC tournament: UW Platteville upset top seed and host Whitewater 6-3 in the opening round. The Pioneers will meet UW Oshkosh this afternoon. A win would send the Pioneers to Saturday’s championship game, a loss means a second game tomorrow at 4 p.m.

at the WIAC Tournament at Whitewater: 5 seed UW Platteville meets 4 seed Lacrosse

- At the Big 12 Tourney: Iowa State 4, BYU 2, the Cyclones meet #12 Arizona in the semi-finals.
- At the MVC Tourney: Northern Iowa 10, Evansville 2, the Panthers meet Belmont in the semi-finals today.
