Organizers with the Hospice of Dubuque’s annual Tree of Life Memorial Service and Lighting Ceremony being held this evening have moved the event indoors.
The event originally scheduled to be held at Washington Park has been moved to the Grand Opera House on West 8th Street in downtown Dubuque.
The ceremony is still scheduled to begin at 7:30.
