The Dunleith Park Pool in East Dubuque will open this season.
Earlier this month the Dunleith Park Board announced due to financial constraints, the aquatic center would not be opening.
This week during a town hall meeting to discuss the future of the pool, the board announced due to generous donations and community support the pool would be reopening.
The Dunleith Park District says they will release information on the opening date in the near future.
Leaders say continued donations are welcome to help with the cost of maintaining the facility.
