A Dubuque County man recently won a top prize of $250-thousand dollars in the Iowa Lottery’s Payline scratch game.
Lottery officials say 54-year old Paul Engler of Worthington bought the lucky ticket at Casey’s General Store in Epworth and cashed it in at the lottery’s office in Cedar Rapids.
Engler told Iowa Lottery officials he plans to use his prize to help his children pay for college and to take his family on a vacation.
