In a traffic note for Dubuque motorists Saturday morning: portions of South Grandview Avenue from Bradley Street south and around Carmel Road will be closed from approximately 6 until 10:30 due to the Grandview Gallop road race.
The area of South Grandview will be closed by law enforcement while runners and walkers proceed through the route. Motorists should avoid the area during that time.
