The Mississippi Valley Conference has announced selections for the boys and girls all-division soccer teams.
In boys: state tournament qualifier Wahlert had two Valley Division selections, Luke Welbes and Connor Walsh and two on the second team with Tate Schope and John Berning. Hempstead’s Mitch Tackney was a first team choice and teammate Bryce Roling made second team.
In the Mississippi Division: Danny Rothert and Jeremy O’Rourke of Senior were named first team choices, teammate Ethan Callahan and Western Dubuque’s Leo Clemens are on the second team.
In girls: Brielle Berning and Maddie Mohr of Wahlert along with Bella Hruska and Celena Ortiz of Hempstead were first team in the Valley Division. Myla Breithaupt and Kayla Wuebker of Wahlert along with Gracie Driscoll and Ellie Berg of Hempstead were chosen to the second team.
In the Mississippi Division: Hannah Crampton of Senior and Kaylin Wernimont of Western Dubuque were second team choices.
