A Dubuque teenager has been arrested for allegedly pointing a handgun at another teen during a brawl at Comiskey Park this week.
Dubuque Police have charged 19-year old Sylvester Hubbard with willful injury-bodily injury, going armed with intent, assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and participation in a riot.
Police say Monday evening they were called to the Comiskey Park area and their investigation and traffic camera footage showed Hubbard was involved in a series of fights involving multiple groups of juveniles in and around the park.
So far police say 17-year old boy has also been charged with participation in a riot, while warrants have been issued for others involved in the fights.
