6/20-Ham, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Calzone’s

Ham, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Calzones 

Frozen Dinner Rolls thawed (follow package directions)

12 eggs

1 tbsp. milk

1 ½ cups diced ham

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp. butter, melted

Dried Parsley

Sea salt 

Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.  

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and add milk.  Cook them in a large greased skillet over medium heat, stirring to scramble until cooked through. 

Using a rolling pin, roll out dough into flat disks, about 5-6” in diameter. 

Evenly divide eggs and spoon them over half of each flat disk.  Evenly divide ham and cheese over eggs.  

Fold half of the dough over the fillings and press to seal.  Use a fork to crimp edges.  

In a bowl, melt butter and add dried parsley and sea salt.  Mix well.  

Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray and place on a baking sheet.  Brush tops of calzone’s with melted butter mixture.  Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.  Serve immediately.
