The arraignment date for a man accused of setting a fire earlier this month behind a building in downtown Dubuque will be held later this month.
23-year old Naiche Jacobs faces a hearing on June 30th in Dubuque County District Court. Jacobs was arrested by Dubuque Police and charged with first degree arson for starting the small fire on a loading dock in rear of 4-99 Main Street. The fire was quick put out by Dubuque Firefighters, and no damage was reported.
Jacobs is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on $25-thousand dollars bond.
