Dubuque Police say the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash on Dodge Street on Saturday morning died.
Police say 63-year old Martha Johansen of North Liberty was traveling down the Hill Street ramp toward Dodge Street, ran the stop sign and crossed both westbound lanes before hitting the concrete median. Johansen was taken to Finley Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Authorities closed down westbound Dodge Street in the area of the accident for about two hours.
