A Maquoketa woman has a little bit more spending money after recently winning a big prize in an Iowa Lottery game.
49-year old Tonya Flenker won a jackpot of nearly $53-thousand dollars “Hot Ticket Progressive” InstaPlay game. She cashed in her winning ticket last week at lottery headquarters in Cedar Rapids.
Lottery officials say Flenker purchased the ticket during her overnight shift at Walmart in Maquoketa.
