Dubuque Man Charged In Hit And Run Death Has Arraignment Date

An arraignment date has now been set for a Dubuque man charged in the hit and run death of a woman earlier this month in downtown Dubuque.

Following his preliminary hearing yesterday in Dubuque County District Court, an arraignment date of July 7th was set for 26-year old Bailey Foht to enter a plea to the charges.

Foht now faces two separate felony charges of homicide by vehicle along with two other felony charges of involuntary manslaughter, and knowingly leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, he also was charged with driving while barred.

Foht was arrested following the June 11th death of 38-year old Kalissa Reeder who was hit while crossing the street at the intersection of Locust and Loras.

Foht was taken into custody the next morning at a Dubuque hotel.
