The new leader of the Dubuque Racing Association and Q-Casino-plus-Resort stopped by the Radio Dubuque Studios this week.
Anthony Williams takes over the position officially July 1st, but has already hit the ground running.
Williams, who most recently was the senior vice president of operations strategy/QE development for MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, says there’s a lot to be excited about in his new role.
Development on Schmitt Island continues around the Q-Casino includes work on the new $47-million dollar Key Hotel which is targeting an opening in December as well as a $15 million dollar amphitheater project.
