City of Dubuque offices will be closed on Friday, July 4, for the Independence Day holiday. This includes City Hall and most other City facilities.
- There will be no curbside collections (trash, recycling, yard waste, or food scraps) by City crews on Independence Day July 4. These collections will instead be made on Saturday, July 5.
- The Carnegie-Stout Public Library and Multicultural Family Center will both close at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, and remain closed on Friday, July 4.
- The Jule will not operate on Independence Day and the Intermodal Transportation Center will be closed. Parking meters will not be enforced on the holiday.
