The northbound lanes of Highway 151 near Cascade are back open after being closed several hours this morning with several emergency crews on the scene of an investigation.
The stretch of road between Iowa 136 and County Road Y13 had been closed since around 5:30 this morning.
At this time, Dubuque County authorities have not released any details about the investigation taking place.
