A Dubuque man who fired a gun during an argument is going to prison.
51-year old Kenneth Moore recently was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm and has now been sentenced to 15-years in federal prison.
Moore was arrested by Dubuque Police in August 2023 following a report of shots fired in the 24-hundred block of Stafford Street.
Moore, who has 11 prior felony convictions, was prohibited from possessing firearms.
