For the first time this camping season, Miller Riverview Campground in Dubuque has closed because of the rising Mississippi River.
River stage this morning is 14.4 feet. City officials say the campground is closed until further notice, but with the river forecast to fall, they are hopeful it will be reopened this weekend.
