The owner of a Northend bar and grill says he has decided to run for a seat on the Dubuque City Council.
52-year old Chris Staver, owner of the Copper Kettle says he is running for the At-Large City Council seat in the November election.
Staver becomes the third candidate for the At-Large council seat joining long time incumbent Ric Jones and former city councilman Jake Rios as declared candidates.
