Over 300 Alliant Energy customers around the University Hill area of Dubuque were without power for about 3 hours this morning.
According to reports, a large limb fell on a power line at University and Alta Vista shortly after 4 this morning and knocked the power out. Crews restored power around 7:30 to those affected.
