In a traffic note next week for Dubuque motorists and pet owners, due to asphalt paving, North Grandview Avenue will have a southbound lane closure between Kaufmann Avenue and Clarke Drive on Monday thru Friday next week. Motorists will need to follow the posted detour or use a different route.
Officials also say the work will require the closure of the Dubuque Pet Park during portions of each day from Monday through Wednesday. The pet park will be open after 4 in the afternoon each day when the work has concluded for the day.
