The Dubuque recycling station that was previously located next to the city of Dubuque Municipal Service Center at 925 Kerper Court has been moved to The Jule Operations and Training Center at 949 Kerper Blvd. Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency says the station is expected to be at the temporary location through the end of October. A planned construction project caused the move.
