Dubuque Police arrested 45 year Denona Ward Jr. 483 Loras Blvd., No. 6, was arrested at 12:15 Thursday morning at his residence on charges of going armed with intent and domestic assault. Court records say that Ward stabbed 38 year old Tobias C. Sarazan of Dubuque, during a disturbance at Ward’s residence. Ward also assaulted another occupant of his residence during the confrontation. The victim of that assault told police that Ward grabbed a kitchen knife and slashed at Sarazan’s left hand multiple times. Sarazan was taken to a hospital by ambulance for treatment of injuries to his hand.
