The All-Star Game is returning to Chicago. MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred announced on Friday the 2027 All-Star Game will be played at Wrigley Field. The Cubs last hosted the game in 1990.
Tennessee’s Bristol Motor Speedway will host tonight’s game between the Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds.
More than 85,000 tickets have been sold for a matchup dubbed the “Speedway Classic,” a number that will break the league’s attendance record of 84,587 set in 1954 when the New York Yankees visited Cleveland. Game time is 6:15pm.

Dallas Cowboys pass rusher Micah Parsons has made a request to be traded. Parsons took to social media Friday to make the announcement and went through his version of events that led to his decision to want to leave the franchise that drafted him in the first round in 2021 saying “Unfortunately I no longer want to be here”.

Iowa State kicker Kyle Konrardy from Dubuque made the Lou Groza Award watch list on Friday. The Award is presented annually to the top college football placekicker in the United States by the Palm Beach County Sports Commission.
