A two person crash on Friday sent a motorcyclist to the hospital. According to a Dubuque Police report, 65 year old David A. Rath of Dubuque was riding his motorcycle when the crash happened at around 2:35p Friday afternoon at the intersection of Bluff and Ninth streets. The report says that 66 year old Jeffrey T. Foley of Montfort, Wis., was traveling east on Ninth Street and ran a red light, hitting Rath, who was on Bluff Street traveling south. Rath complained of pain and was transported by Dubuque Fire Department to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital. Foley was cited with failure to respond to a steady red light.
