A former para-educator at Dubuque Hempstead High School has entered a plea of guilty to charges in connection with having a sexual relationship with a student.
40-year old Elizabeth Dunlap was charged with sending nude photos to the student and sexually exploiting the student. According to online court records, Dunlap will next have a Disposition on October 13th in Dubuque County District Court.
Dunlap was arrested in January after an investigation by Dubuque Police which started last November after students at Hempstead reported Dunlap was involved in a sexual relationship with the student.
