The new Northeast Iowa Community College Cross Country program has its first head coach.
NICC has announced Ty Troutman has accepted the position. The Dyersville native graduated from Beckman Catholic High School in 2012 and competed collegiately at Iowa Western Community College and Wartburg College.
Troutman begins coaching the Cougar program later this week.
