Two Cyclones, a Hawkeye, and two Illini running backs are among the 103 pre-season candidates listed on the Doak Walker Award watch list announced yesterday.
Iowa State’s Carson Hansen and Abu Sama III were both named along with Kamari Moulton of Iowa. Also on the list were Kaden Feagin and Aidan Laughery of Illinois.
The award is given annually to the nation’s most outstanding college running back.
