A Dubuque man has been arrested after being charged with providing drugs to a girl under16 and having a sexual relationship with her.
Dubuque Police say Friday morning took 33-year old Cody Usa into custody at his home.
Police say their investigation of Usa started in April after he was caught allegedly sending sexual text messages to the girl and promising to provide her with cocaine.
