A new Dubuque County Recorder is expected to be announced today. The Dubuque County Supervisors are scheduled to announce their selection of a new recorder at their meeting this morning.
The board interviewed finalist candidates for the position on Friday.
The vacancy came about following the resignation of Karol Kennedy last month, less than a year after she was elected. The newly appointed recorder will serve through the November 2026 election.
