A heads up for Dubuque motorists: Due to the lead service water line replacement project, there will be multiple closures on Jackson Street between East 25th Street and East 30th Street starting today and continuing through Friday. Jackson Street will be fully closed to traffic from East 29th to East 30th Streets.
You will need to follow the posted detour or use a different route.
