Dubuque Police say a man was arrested night for allegedly threatening several people with a knife. Police say he then made threats to law enforcement.
44-year old Dylon Bly faces two counts of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and a threat of terrorism.
Shortly after 11 o’clock on Saturday night, authorities were called to the area of East 17th Street and Central Avenue on the report Bly was threatening people with the knife.
While under arrest he also reportedly made a threat to drive a vehicle into the law enforcement center and open fire.
