Dubuque Police arrested seven people they say were involved in a brawl in the downtown area.
Police say the fight broke out shortly after 3 o’clock Sunday morning in the parking lot of Downtown Gas and Grocery at 14-01 Central Avenue.
Police used traffic camera footage in the area to help identify those involved and say those arrested were charged with Participation in a Riot.
