A Dubuque man has been sentenced to jail time after pleading guilty to theft charges for a break-in at a Peosta residence at the end of March.
31-year old Ryan Humphreys was recently sentenced to serve two years. Humphreys was arrested in late April for stealing over 10-thousand dollars in property from the home on Clear View Heights.
