Just ahead of a new school year, University of Wisconsin Platteville police have concluded their investigation into the campus dorm room shooting death of two students in May.
After the three month investigation, police recently issued a lengthy report. The report lays out the timeline of events on the day of the shooting, but no exact motive was ever discovered.
Kelsie Martin of Beloit died from a gunshot wound and Hallie Helms of Baraboo died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
