Calling all sidewalk chalk artists! The Great Draw Street Art Competition is returning later this month. The event will in downtown Dubuque on Saturday, September 13th from 9 to 4 at 11th and Main Streets.
The Great Draw is accepting applications for participants and is open to all ages and skill levels. There will be over $3-thousand dollars in cash and prizes awarded. There is an entry fee for the competition, but a free draw area will be available for to express their creativity.
