A Wisconsin felon will be going to federal prison for holding a Dubuque woman at gunpoint last year.
38-year-old Mickey Miller of Milwaukee pleaded guilty to one count of possessing a firearm as a felon in April and has been sentenced to over three years in prison followed by three years supervised release.
In October 2024 authorities say Miller pointed a loaded gun at a woman and threatened to kill her and other people in Dubuque.
