A man has drowned on the Mississippi River near Guttenberg.
Shortly before noon yesterday Guttenberg Police say a boat was found without anyone inside it near the Bussey Lake boat ramp.
Nearly four hours later following search efforts the body of a 79-year old Cedar Rapids man was pulled from the water. The name of the man isn’t being released yet.
