A trial date for a Dubuque man charged with homicide by vehicle in the hit and run death of a woman in downtown Dubuque has been postponed.
26-year old Bailey Foht was scheduled to go to trial Tuesday; the new date for his trial is set for November 18th in Dubuque County District Court.
Foht is accused in the June 11th death of Kalissa Reeder of Dubuque who was hit while crossing at the intersection of Loras and Locust. Foht was arrested the next morning at a Dubuque hotel.
