Coverage partner KCRG reports the City of Dubuque is budgeting $100-thousand dollars to conduct a Police Department Space and Feasibility Study.

The study would explore such things as available space options, future expansion plans, and look at security and vehicle access concerns.

The department has been sharing space with the Sheriff’s Department at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center for over 50 years. Presently, there are only four workstations available for 50 police officers.
