A Sherrill man charged with attempted murder has entered into a plea agreement and is scheduled to be sentenced next week.
20-year old Domani Stephenson faced the charges from the May 4th assault and shooting of 29-year old Excell Moore in the 400 block of Rhomberg Avenue. Dubuque Police say Moore was attacked by Stephenson and three other men and had to be treated at the hospital for gunshot wounds. 
Stephenson has a sentencing hearing scheduled for Monday afternoon.
The three other men involved: 20-year old Davion Harris has pled guilty in the case, 20-year old Dontrell Harris is set to face trial, and a 17-year old was also charged.
