South Central Iowa Man Charged In Disturbance

A south-central Iowa man has been charged by Dubuque Police for his role in a disturbance this summer.  33-year old Jacob Marcov was arrested yesterday in Dyersville.

Marcov is accused of threatening a person with a knife at a residence in the area of Rhomberg Avenue and Stafford Street during the early morning hours of August 27th. Police say Marcov kicked the person in the knee and then grabbed a pocketknife and threatened them.
