A Cascade man is in jail accused of threatening two women with a gun in downtown Dubuque last month.
Dubuque Police arrested 23-year old Isaiah Bogovich on Monday afternoon in Dubuque. Police say they began their investigation after the women reported the incident on night of September 18th in the 2000 block of Central Avenue.
Authorities say they were able to use traffic camera and nearby store video footage to identify Bogovich with the gun.
