Dubuque Man Arrested For High Speed Chase and Theft

A Dubuque man who was charged with leading police on a high speed chase with a stolen trailer earlier this year has had those charges dismissed and another man has been charged after the accused man submitted proof they had the wrong man.

22-year old Logan Marcov of Dubuque was arrested Monday in Dyersville and has been charged as the driver in the August 30th incident. Logan Marcov

Police originally arrested Spencer Roberts after Marcov told them Roberts was the one who committed the crime.

However, following an investigation, Roberts proved he was at work during the time the incident occurred and a judge recently threw out the charges against him after it was determined Marcov was the suspect they were looking for.
