Dubuque County has a new Information Technology Director.
Jered Shipley was selected from 40 applicants from around the region. Shipley was been with the Dubuque County I.T. Department since 2015 in several roles including as Interim IT Director twice.
Shipley will oversee countywide technology operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, and ongoing support for more than 400 users across 20 departments. Shipley officially started the new position last week.
