Two southwest Wisconsin pick-up drivers were injured in a weekend collision in Fennimore. The Grant County Sheriff says the crash happened Saturday morning shortly before 8:30 at the intersection of Highway 18 and County Road ‘F’.
Authorities say one of the pickups driven by 41 year old John Haas of Potosi went through a stop sign and collided with the other pickup driven by 28-year old Kevin Meegan of Poplar Grove, Illinois. Heavy fog at the time is believed to be a contributing factor in the accident.
Meegan was taken to Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, while Haas was taken by private vehicle to a care center.
